All sales are FINAL. However, I will cheerfully and fully refund any sale for which the item received doesn't match my listing (description and/or photos). Additionally, I will provide a full refund for any item which was been damaged in shipping. In order to receive a refund the Buyer must notify me within 3 days of delivery that there is a problem. AND the Buyer must provide clear documentation (photographs) of the problem as proof of the discrepancy or damage. For example, if there is obvious damage to the package when it arrives, I require photos of the package damage before the package is opened, as well as photos of the damaged item after the package has been opened. That way, I may file an insurance claim with the shipping company.
